I just read an interesting article here on InjuryBoard.com claiming that experts predict legal malpractice claims will increase in 2009. One of the main theories of the planned increase, according to one Chicago legal malpractice attorney, is that lawyers are beginning to have economic pressure are more likely to take on the basic work outside their area of practice that they, to a better economic climate, would referred to a lawyer of more than expertise.
