Alabama Mesothelioma and Exposure to Asbestos
Sun, Jan 25, 2009
In January this year, the company insulation plants in Alabama was ordered to pay more than $ 4.3 million to the families of three Alabama pipefitters who died of mesothelioma.
According to an Alabama mesothelioma lawyer, the awards recognize the survivors of Concord, California, William C. Hearn resident, former resident of Alabama James Harris, and former resident of Sebastopol George Wetch.
The verdict, rendered by the Superior Court of Alabama, found that the company insulation plant, a major distributor of industrial insulation and the contractor, continued to distribute products containing asbestos, even whether representatives of the company knew asbestos can cause disease and death.
